We are pleased to announce that on April 15th we will launch our new blog Curvy and City ChicNess, featuring weekly FFFWeek® related posts from a small group of bloggers who will advise us on how to survive a week in New York City, - fashionably! Born and raised in The Bronx, New York to a Dominican father and a Puerto- Rican mother, Tanysha believes that her upbringing has influenced her personality, her savvy fashion sense and her love of a city with that has so much style and culture. Growing up in the late 90's, neon was one of her favorite trends. The old school style is back on the "must have" list of Spring/Summer 2013 and she can't wait to rock the updated look. Shopping for trends when you're a size 14-16 isn't always easy. Tanysha realized so many women had no knowledge of where to shop or how to dress for their body type so being involved with Full Figured Fashion Week's Blog was extremely important. Currently she is Associate Fashion Editor for Everything Girls Love, an online magazine/blog and she hopes this platform gives curvy girls everywhere some fashion inspiration and confidence to step out in style!!

Karen Ward writes the blog Curvy Canadian, a resource designed to help Canadian and international women find unique and fashionable plus size clothing options. Karen writes a wide variety of posts, from outfits of the day to self-esteem and confidence building, and even the occasional beauty or lifestyle post. She was recently featured on the cover of The Grid TO, and has been showcased in Flare Magazine, NOW Toronto, The Toronto Sun, The Toronto Star, Fashion Magazine, MTV, Plus Model Magazine, Skorch Magazine, and Slink Magazine. In December of 2012, only six months after starting her own web boutique, she opened a beautiful plus size store in Toronto with her husband Peter called Your Big Sister’s Closet.
